My camera is a Godsend! It has connected me with friends both old and new. This last weekend I had the chance to catch up with a good friend from highschool (whom I hadn't seen since highschool mind you) and take some pictures of her adorable little family! It was a blast, and tonight as we got together to look at pictures, time just flew by and we picked up chatting and catching up on the years. It was so good to reconnect, and I am glad I had the opportunity to share my love of photography with her family. As she would tell you, I had a camera with me all the time in highschool, so a little hobby has turned into a passion. I love being behind the camera and trying to capture each moment, and I think we got some good ones this last weekend. Even if the time change made the little one cranky, it was well worth every photo. Frozen in time, thankfully not frozen in November! Thank goodness for the beautiful fall weather! Enjoy!

My "Other" Family
I have known this family since they were a family of 2, now look at them! I have officially dubbed myself a part of their family, and supposedly they don't mind! I even helped name the youngest kiddo, so really she wouldn't have a name without me, therefore, I am part of their family whether they like it or not! ;) I have enjoyed watching these kids grow up, and their parents are in for it for sure when the girls reach dating age, which I believe maybe around 40. I loved meeting up with this family on a frigid fall morning and taking their pictures. There were so many good ones to choose from, I could dedicate a site just to them! However children being children, and teens being teens, some looked fabulous... until I zoomed in, only to find crossed/lazy eyes, and bunny ears. Ah, but it gave me a heck of a good laugh! Enjoy!
